Whether you’re a recreational writer or a published author, a poet, novelist, playwright, or none of the above, everyone has a writing process. In the first of our Process Talk series, poet Jaswinder Bolina, writer and community organizer Ching-In Chen, author Timothy Yu, and novelist Bich Minh Nguyen share how their works materialized from ideas to published pieces. Bolina reads his poetry, Chen shows a visual presentation featuring their work, Nguyen reads from her novel Pioneer Girl, and Yu shares passages from his poetry collection 100 Chinese Silences.
