A folio of poetry, prose, and hybrid work

February 12, 2026
The Imagined Histories folio, edited by poets Kiran Bath and Megan Pinto, brings together poetry, prose, and hybrid work that plays with the nonlinear, imagined nature of history. As the editors write, “For many of us, history does not arrive as a clean timeline. It arrives as gaps in the record, as names half‑remembered, as stories revised to protect someone else’s shame.” The eleven contributors in this folio reckon with these gaps, and, as Pinto and Bath write, “treat imagination as a way of looking at the artifacts and silences we have inherited and writing into the spaces between them.”
Artwork by Devyn Mañibo accompanies each of the pieces.
