Gail N. Harada is from Honolulu, Hawaiʻi, and spent part of her childhood on a U.S. Army base
in Japan. She is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Iowa Writers’
Workshop. Her collection of poems and stories, Beyond Green Tea and Grapefruit, was
published by Bamboo Ridge Press in 2013.
