Min Hyoung Song is the chair of the English Department and director of the Asian American Studies Program at Boston College. He is the author of three books: Climate Lyricism (Duke 2022), The Children of 1965: On Writing, and Not Writing, as an Asian American (Duke 2013), and Strange Future: Pessimism and the 1992 Los Angeles Riots (Duke 2005). He was the series coeditor of the four-volume Asian American Literature in Transition (Cambridge 2021) and coeditor of The Cambridge History of Asian American Literature (Cambridge 2015). He has also written for the Los Angeles Review of Books, the Chicago Review of Books, Public Books, the Chronicle of Higher Education, and the Washington Post.
