​​Sahar Romani was a 2021 Margins Fellow at the Asian American Writers’ Workshop. Her poems appear in Poem-a-Day from the Academy of American Poets, the Yale Review, the Believer, Guernica, and elsewhere. She has received fellowships and support from Hedgebrook, Poets House, and New York University, where she earned an MFA and currently teaches as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Expository Writing Program.
