Shyam Patel is a teacher and writer from Montréal, Québec, and he is currently a doctoral student in the Faculty of Education at York University. His writing focuses on the significance of working within the wound, specifically examining and taking up intergenerational stories, lived experiences, and pedagogical possibilities.
