[In-Person] AAWW & Greenlight Bookstore Present: K-Ming Chang + Gerardo Sámano Córdova

Join us in-person at Greenlight Bookstore for National Book Foundation 5 Under 35 honoree K-Ming Chang (author of Bestiary) to the events stage to celebrate her latest novel, Organ Meats. When best friends Anita and Rainie learn from a pack of stray dogs with the uncanny ability to communicate with humans that they are descended from generations of dog-headed women and women-headed dogs, the girls must decide whether to become dogs themselves. Filled with ghosts and bodily entrails, this is an otherworldly story about the horror and beauty of intimacy. In conversation with Gerardo Sámano Córdova and co-presented with Asian American Writers’ Workshop, please join us for a celebration of K-Ming Chang’s Organ Meats, complete with a spooky reading, conversation, & a wine reception to usher in Halloween night.

Masks are recommended at all of Greenlight’s in-store events. Pre-registration is highly encouraged, but not required.
