Kim Hyesoon has published fourteen poetry collections in South Korea and won Midang, Sowol, and Kim Su-yeong literary awards. Her books have been translated into several languages including Chinese, French, and Swedish, and her most recent English publication, Autobiography of Death, won the Griffin Poetry Prize with Don Mee Choi.
