Phina So is a writer, a publisher, and a literary translator. She founded the Khmer Literature Festival, which its third edition was organized successfully in 2019, and is planning for its 4th edition in October 2021. She also co-founded Kampu Mera Editions, a small press that through which she and her peers have published 7 titles since 2015.
