Abigail Savitch-Lew is a fiction writer and freelance journalist. She is a former staff reporter for City Limits and a 2019 Margins Fellow at the Asian American Writers Workshop. Her work has also been published in The Appeal, YES! Magazine,  Colorlines,  Jacobin,  The Nation,  Dissent magazine. and other publications. She is a three-time winner of an Ippies award from CUNY’s Center for Community and Ethnic Media.
