Shareen K. Murayama is a Japanese-Okinawan American poet and educator who lives in Honolulu, Hawai`i. She has degrees from OSU-Cascades and the University of Hawai`i at Manoa. She’s a National Endowment for Humanities scholar and National Board Certified teacher.
