Esther Kim

Esther Kim is a writer, translator, and the former digital communications manager of the Asian American Writers’ Workshop. She finished translating her grandfather’s handwritten notebook about his childhood in North Korea and is at work on a book about his camera repair shop in the Bronx. Her essays and reviews have appeared in the Guardian, the White Review, and the Willowherb Review; her translation in Circumference Magazine. And she tweets, chiefly photos of birds, at @_estheryk.
