o sister / song of my name / bone of my breath / wound of the night / what would happen if i held you? / the elephants cradle their dead / under the moon / but i haven’t touched you in seven hundred / & thirty-five days / o sadness / hanging in my closet / sleeping on my bed— / i love you / too much / let us reason in dissonance / play mozart on mondays / barefoot & / the wisteria i grow wild / the hands i keep sharp— / o / let me go / to my body of holes / to the mismatched socks / to the dog i once carried home / & now / will never come back to me / o chernobyl / whom i never buried / the playground skinned of uranium children / your red forest face i want / to soften this midnight / this hunger / this heart / heavy / with bones
